Switch/Port not happenned?


I filled the form and had confirmation text saying my number will be ported.

 

I selected today (4/4/23) and it’s now gone 6pm and my number hasn’t ported, it’s still active on my old SIM.

 

When will me port happen, any ideas??

Sounds like your number transfer has gone wrong or been delayed @Bagz

Anyway, if I was in this situation I’d ‘talk’ to iD Mobile about this by:

  • Using the online live chat service.
  • Sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Ports can take up to 10pm on the day selected, are you still having issues with the port?

My old number hasn't transferred yet ,and I cant contact ID MOBILE customer service

very disappointed from first impression with ID mobile

The iD customer support team work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

What date & time did iD Mobile accept your PAC request @Mo.Ahmed?
