Hi Guys.
Ive just joined today and purchased a SIM only deal. Ive got my PAC code and have been trying for a few hours to switch to iD such that i can definitely keep my old number.
However - I keep getting the same error message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. - of which ive checked is 100% accurate.
Can anyone advise what I should do please?
