Hi
My friend has switched to ID however has lost SIM Card.
She is unable to order a new card as she does not have an ID account and cannot create one since an SMS security code is needed to register an account with ID.
What can we do?
(Just to be clear, I have no issues with my SIM or service, this issue is for my friend as she is unable to post due to no ID account and not being able to create one).
