Switching ID accounts on the app

I have changed contracts from one ID sim only contract to an ID phone contract. How do I change this on the app so I can see my current contract and not my outdated old contract

You’ll need to setup a new iD account for your new iD contract @Amber Sunny.

You can do this at https://my.idmobile.co.uk - use the “Register” option. 

You’ll need to use a new username (email address) for your new online account - good luck.

Hi @Amber Sunny 

 

All iD Mobile plans are completely separate to one an other, as @andewhite suggests you’d need to register another iD Mobile app/website account for the new plan.
