switching mobile numbers

I entered my PAC number yesterday to transfer my existing number to my new ID mobile plan and it still hasn’t transferred. How long does it normally take?

Okay @Beth Parish, these are the iD Mobile timescales for mobile number switching:

You’d normally get a text advising you of the porting date, which should be today if you submitted on Sunday.

Has your old provider’s SIM stopped working yet @Cherelle Bolger

Use the iD live chat service if you want to check iD have accepted your PAC, for switching your number to iD.
