Switching to ID Mobile without avoiding a loss of service

Hi,

I’m currently with EE and my contract ends on the 18th June.

I want to take advantage of a Cashback offer for a iD Mobile Pay Monthly SIM with 60GB of data for £10.

However I want to avoid a loss of service during the time it takes for my SIM to be delivered.

So when I make the order online can I specify no PAC code and then when I receive the SIM can I then submit a request with the PAC to transfer my number from EE to ID Mobile?

Basically have a temporary number with ID mobile whilst my EE sim is still active and the start the porting process after the ID mobile sim arrives.

Also if I purchase the SIM online then can I collect it from a local Curry’s store?

Thanks

Hi @Pro4TLZZ

You’ll be able to skip the process of providing a PAC at checkout and then provide the PAC code later on via the port form.

SIM only orders are delivered via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. You wouldn’t be able to collect the order itself via a Currys store, they would however have their own offers there if you’d like to purchase with them.
