Hello, I had my old number ported in August and most of the time it has been fine but I have had a couple of people tell me that they’ve not been able to contact me and when I have called them, the number that came with the phone shows up. This has also been happening with text messaging too. Also, if I text an android phone, the recipient receives three of the same texts from me and it appears that the texts have failed from me. I’m so confused as to how sometimes it’s my number and then other times it’s the number that came with the phone. Can somebody please advise me what to do?
