Hi, I’ve set up direct debit for a sim only plan and was sent my sim. Within that period I was offered a better deal with my existing provider. What’s the quickest way to cancel my ID mobile contract within 14 days cooling off period? I haven’t even activated the Mobile ID sim.

In the case of cancelling (returning) an order within the returns period we'd recommend getting in touch with the vendor you've purchased from.
If that's us, please let us know so we can get in touch and take a look.
The iD Mobile SIM card is activated upon dispatch.
