New sim and constantly get “undelivered” message reply? Yet I think they are delivered. Not a good start and not got a clue what I am supposed to do about as it as cannot find any support e iD ? Fed up with it already!

Are you still having this issues?
Have you attempted the SIM in another device to see if it continues?
I’d recommend double checking the iMessage settings (Chat Features on Android) to make sure the number in there is correct.
