Tried and failed to send text message from UK to mobile number South Africa. Keep getting 'message not sent' despite entering 0027 plus mobile number minus the first zero. I'm on a £6 per month contract. Don't understand why it won't send. Any suggestions?
Hi
It’s likely that you cap is set at £0 which means that you won’t be able to send chargeable messages outside of your allowances.
If you wish to send a message to a South African number you’ll need to increase your cap via the iD App or account.
You can find the charges for sending messages abroad at the link below:

Regards,
Kash
My extra usage charges are capped at £1 and I have £.85 remaining. A text to South Africa costs £.30 so why can’t I send it. I am not attaching anything, just a text message. It keeps on saying not sent.
