I’m on ID. 

The wife is on Sky mobile. 
when she calls me she gets the above message. 
 

Other people on other networks can call me fine. 
I presume from this She needs to call sky?

 

she can text me / FaceTime etc just not make a voice call.

I would advise that she gets in contact with her network provider to see if there are any issues.

Sky are saying this an ID ISSUE. 

this is ridiculous to me, butthe guy spoken to is adamant. Where can we go from here?

Have you recently ported into ID Mobile @dksglen? Could be a split port! Sky mobile use the O2 network, can you receive calls from anyone on the O2 network?
