I swapped to a SIM only contract two months ago for I think £12 per month but my last two bills have still been £35.43. And guess what, the site is down. Has anyone else had this issue?

I can understand the ‘overlapping’ month being a bit of both but NOT two or more. When you “upgrade” the change is meant to occur pretty much straight away. Of course, you’ll have the “overlapping” month…

Have you checked your bill to see where the extra charge(s) have come from?
Have you upgraded to a SIM only contract or purchased a new SIM only contract with a different number?
