Recently joined and I need proof of purchase with IMEI for my insurance but cannot find anyway to get in touch?
Also I am trading in a broken Samsung as it was advertised I could get a £100 boost when buying iPhone 13. The quote was all good, £140 until I confirmed and the email said £40.
I emailed straight away to ask how to get the £100 boost no reply? Please can someone get in touch to help as it seems this is the only way to get in touch?

Did you receive an invoice with the order you can use that as proof if you did.
In regards to the promotional £100 amount this is usually processed 5 days after the original payment is received.
If you don’t have the invoice, please let us know and we can send you a PM for proof of purchase to be sent.
