I sent my phone off weeks ago, and was confirmed also. However I haven't been sent my trade in value nor have I been sent the £150 trade in bonus for upgrading to s22 ultra. This is beyond ridiculous

Carphonr warehouse have been ignoring every single email I have sent to them for over a month.

Have you tried calling the iD Mobile trade in helpline @Asalik - it’s 0370 111 6565.
