I've traded in my old mobile through id when I preordered s23 ultra phone has been delivered but I've had no email confirming that it's been received and no updates I've emailed the trade in guys and no reply still waiting for any kind of update on the payment and £150 bonus...

Does the tracking for the trade-in bag you were sent show that this has been delivered?

If so, what date was it received?
