Transaction Number

I need a transaction number to keep my old number. I have found my order email from id mobile but the transaction number is missing…?

Hey @multitudes, that looks like your order dispatched email.
iD Mobile would normally send an order complete email, and a welcome to iD email.

You can submit your PAC using the iD live chat online service, or through the iD customer support team on Facebook or Twitter - contact them privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

according to this link it should be on this email, i have the welcome to id email and it’s not there either

When I started with iD Mobile, my transaction number was on the paper invoice I received with my order items @multitudes.

Unfortunately, seems that some online community articles are out-of-date.
