I’m trying to use my existing number with my new id mobile account and I have the PAC from my previous provider but I need my Transaction number. can you confirm what this is as I never received the welcome email

Normally the transaction number would be on your invoice, which should’ve come with your ordered item(s)
If you purchased from iD Mobile online, the transaction number starts with “4”.
