Hi 



I’m trying to use my existing number with my new id mobile account and I have the PAC from my previous provider but I need my Transaction number. can you confirm what this is as I never received the welcome email

Normally the transaction number would be on your invoice, which should’ve come with your ordered item(s) @Ben Arnold.

If you purchased from iD Mobile online, the transaction number starts with “4”.

Hey @Ben Arnold,

Check your spam/junk folders as this can often filter into there.

Did you receive a pre-contract summary document check on there also.
