transfer to new phone.

My husband has an ID mobile account but he never set up an account on line.  He has been given a newer phone which is an apple and has a smaller SIM card.  So how do we transfer his number and his account to the new phone.  It has a SIM card but there is no associated provider.  I m sure it can’t really be that hard but everything I have read on the ID website is no help at all!  Please can someone help?

You’ll probably need to order a replacement iD SIM card using the iD live chat service online, or pop into a Currys to ask for your replacement iD SIM card in-store.

Hey @Sally Bramley-brown,

Our iD Mobile SIM cards are 3-in-1 and you can pop out the smaller sized SIM as needed.

I’ll attatch a picture of this.
