Transfering via pac code from Virgin to ID

I am trying to transfer a number from virgin to Id Mobile.

I keep getting “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

 

I have the Pac code, and transaction number and all the details i need, still not working.

Trying the chat bot but i have been waiting 45 minutes so far.

Try entering your SURNAME in CAPITAL letters @ian oneill.

You can also ‘talk’ to the iD customer support team by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

Please try the port form with your surname in all caps and making sure the transaction number begins with a "4". This can be found on your "Welcome to iD" email that was sent to you and may be in your Spam/Junk folders. 

 

Should the above not work please let us know here or via the methods mentioned by @andewhite above.
