I am trying to transfer a number from virgin to Id Mobile.
I keep getting “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”
I have the Pac code, and transaction number and all the details i need, still not working.
Trying the chat bot but i have been waiting 45 minutes so far.
