Hello,

I have ordered a new S24 ultra phone with a contract on id mobile from mobile.co.uk ( my order number is 131061100)

I want to transfer my number to use on the new phone contract.

I say before you port your number over onto IDM use the ID Mobile sim card and phone together (obviously you be surprised what some people do) This way you can test out the network before you commit yourself to IDMobile. If you were on network 3 as your original provider and network was fineĀ  I still say test out IDMobile to see if your happy with their services, they ID Mobile uses the network of 3. Your PAC is valid for 30 days, there after if you've not used it after the 30 day's and still need to port your number onto IDM just request a new PAC from your provider. I say this has I've read lots of customers myself including had major problems with this net work and still on going problem.
