Trouble switching. I've entered all the details correctly twice but it still says error

Have entered PAC etc all correctly a number of times but still says there's an issue.  Please help!

Have you entered the transaction number that starts with a number 4? This should be the one you received in the welcome email.

Sometimes if the port has already been requested you may get this error.

If you are having issues, please let us know.
