I have six sims with ID Mobile and have been a loyal customer for many years even with your lack of 5G coverage for certain 5G phones.
I would like to cancel one of my sims but find that every option in the app or on line fails. I am then directed to a live chat that doesnt work.Â
Please resolve this for me as I’m becoming inclined to take my business elsewhere.
