Trying to move nhmber using PAC and not recived a mobile number from ID

I’m trying to submit my request for number to transfer over using PAC. 
However, it says I should have received a mobile number from ID but I’ve not so I can’t put in a request for the transfer to happen?

The mobile number and transaction number should both be in an email we've sent with the subject "Welcome to iD".
