trying to upgrade

Hi there 

I have 2 contracts with ID for my 2 daughters both due upgrades

i have successfully completed 2 upgrade through my account but the other one doesn’t show up

its my understanding I need to create another account with another email address???? 
is there a contact number to actually speak to someone about the upgrade as I am having difficulty trying to do this online

If you are looking to upgrade your second number you can do so by creating an account at the link below:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Once you have registered you’ll be able to see the upgrade options.
