Morning all - trying to upgrade - both buttons on the upgrade section are not working when clicked - is there a “Live Chat” available??

scratch that - found the live chat and waiting for it to open - is there a reason why clicking the Upgrade/See all deals wont open anything???

Not sure why the iD applications won’t open anything, but you can now also upgrade your iD plan through Carphone Warehouse,
Might be easier and more reliable.
Check your eligibility at https://www.carphonewarehouse.com.
