Two numbers?

I have recently switched over to ID and have imported my number which was done successfully, I can text and call with my previous number which I wanted, but with iMessage and facetime to other people with an iPhone, it is a different number, does anyone know why? Thank you.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET @Kourtney Greenwood? 

The Apple iOS user guide would normally explain how to do this.

Hi @Kourtney Greenwood 

 

I’d recommend checking the settings in your device as below;

 

Settings > Phone > My Number

 

If the number there isn’t correct, it might be worth trying a network settings reset as suggested by @andewhite.

 

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
