Unable to access my account or live chat for 7 days

Can anyone explain to me what is happening please? 
I can’t access my account or live chat. Been 7 days now. 
I get email reminders telling me my contract is nearly up but the links to the id website don’t load. 
I’ve tried incognito browsing but still can’t get anywhere.
