unable to call uk number from canada

I’m in Canada and I’m trying to call the uk but calls won’t connect. I can’t see why this is happening. I have roaming switched on plus international calls on my account. I’ve a cap on my acc. but that’s set at £50. Can’t work it out

Maybe you’ve reached your account’s bill cap already?

You won’t need International switched ON. The International option is only needed for calling overseas when you are in the UK.

iD Mobile’s roaming partners in Canada are:  Telus, Bell, Eastlink (via comfone), Wind (via comfone), and Videotron.
