I have just purchased a new 2 year phone contract for my daughter through idmobile (she was already a customer). As this was done through Uswitch it wasn’t treated as an upgrade. I am now desperately trying to cancel the original contract so that we don’t keep getting charged but have been unable to do this through the online account and Live Chat is unavailable. I am also unable to speak to anyone through the contact numbers. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you
