Hi. 

I have recently switched to the network and I am trying to enter some free competitions on my phone. I have done this monthly for many years. It won’t let me send a text to the numbers. Why is this please?

Hi @Emma Elkin Davis,

It’s likely that the numbers are chargeable. You can edit your Premium message preferences via the iD Mobile app. It may also be worth checking your phone settings to see the if it’s disabled.
