Hi, I have had an idmoble contract for a couple of years or so - actually had 2 at one point but anyway tried making a call this morning to an 0845 number and it told me I was out of credit. I found this odd as I have unlimited minutes.
Was going to log in to my account but don’t seem to be able to get access or reset password etc. Is there any way I can gain access to my account?
