Hi, I have had an idmoble contract for a couple of years or so - actually had 2 at one point but anyway tried making a call this morning to an 0845 number and it told me I was out of credit. I found this odd as I have unlimited minutes.
Was going to log in to my account but don’t seem to be able to get access or reset password etc. Is there any way I can gain access to my account?

084 numbers are chargeable and it’s likely that you will need to increase your cap before calling the number.
It seems like you may not have registered an account which means that you’ll need to register an account at the link below:

tried to create an account and it kept directing me to a japanese language version although looking at the link you’ve sent that appears to refer to a japanese version!
As regards 0845 - I have a cap of £5 I think on the account - unless 0845s are £1 a minute! Wouldn’t surprise me the way things have gone up recently though!

Yeah, numbers starting 084 have an iD Mobile Access Charge of 45p per min, plus a Service Charge (the Service Charge is set by the organisation you are calling, and should be mentioned before connecting the call).
