My child didn’t have enough data on his phone with ID so I ordered a new sim through ID the phone won’t accept it I havnt got a pac code as it is still with ID

Are you trying to use a PAC to transfer a number from an existing iD Mobile plan to another iD Mobile plan? If so unfortunately this isn’t possible, to keep your number when you’re already on iD Mobile and plan to say I’d recommend processing an upgrade!
In this situation I’d recommend returning the newly purchased SIM in favour of upgrading, you can do this via the iD Mobile app or website!
