unable to pay due to covid and issues finding a job

I have been unable to pay my outstanding bill due to the fact covid has made it harder to find a job. I used to be carer but quit due to mistreatment. I have just got a new job but can not pay tol April the 10th. What do I do I've tried to contact by chat on your app but nothing at all.
