unable to recrive done text messages

Good afternoon 

since moving to ID Mobile I am not receiving all the text messages which are being sent to me.

I can send a message, the person will receive it and reply to me but I don’t get their text

Did you port your number over?

Also can you confirm the make and model of the handset? You may need to update your iMessage number if you are using an iPhone or your number under ‘My Number’ if you are using an android.
