New to ID mobile, entered my sim today. Unable to register new account and need to enter my PAC code to keep my old number, but this keeps saying ‘something went wrong’

Yeah, iD Mobile have technical issues with their systems right now.
This means registration for an iD My Account is not working - you’ll have to wait while they fix the problem(s).
