Unable to register on the mobile app

I’ve been trying to register my account on the mobile app but keep getting the same error message, that my details are incorrect, even though they are correct.

 

Desperately need help please.

Have you tried from a laptop and web browser instead @Crsimao?

Are you switching a number to iD Mobile, from another provider?

I’ve tried from my laptop and still no luck.

 

I’ve switched a number and used that one, as well as the original number provided by iD Mobile but neither work..

When did your switch happen @Crsimao

Sometimes it appears that the iD online systems take 24-48 hours to reflect account changes made in the back-end iD systems. 

When I joined iD Mobile, it took 3-4 days before my online registration was successful.
I just kept trying once or twice a day over a period of a few days.

Hi @Crsimao 

 

Have you moved a number to us recently? If you’re in the process of porting a number to us, you may want to try registering after having fully ported the number over to us.

 

If you’re still having issues, please let us know.

yes ,I am still having issues with registering, it keeps teling me my details are wrong. it has been 10 days now .NOT ACCEPTABLE
