Unable to upgrade to Phone

Hi

First of all I have been with ID mobile for approx 5+ years

I have 3 SIM only contracts in my name they have been going for at least 1 year 

I recently thought I would upgrade to an S24 Ultra 

However I have been told I am not able to and I can only upgrade to a phone worth £29.99 a month! 
So I am now considering taking my sims and contracts else where?

It makes no sense, as if I started a new contract with ID I would be able to get the phone?

 

Please advise?

Have you discussed your upgrade options with the iD sales team, @disgruntleduser?

Chat to iD telephone sales by calling 020 7139 1397. 

I have, they have basically told me I cant get the S24 ultra as its a too highend phone

Alas, it does seem like iD Mobile have an inflexible upgrade policy, but I guess they’re happy with their processes and procedures.

iD Mobile computer says NO, but Samsung were selling their Galaxy S24 SIM free with 0% APR over 24-months.

Unfortunately if you are not eligible for the deal you won’t be able to see it on your upgrade offers.

Some customers may not be able to purchase high value handsets when upgrading.

Not to worry, went direct to SAMSUNG Website and brought the phone through them on 0% loan

so I am actually saving money now.

Thanks ID but this time around your customer service is pretty poor
