Unanswered calls get "Sorry it has not been possible to connect your call" (Voicemail)

I have all my call diverts set to +44 7782333123.

If I drop an incoming call, or my phone is off, the call goes to Voicemail just fine.

If I don’t answer, after ringing for 30 seconds the caller gets a message “Sorry it has not been possible to connect your call"

 

Can someone help as this makes the service unusable

OK, I fixed it - sorry to bother everyone.

 

For anyone who has the problem though:

  • Originally my divert on not answered was set to 123 but callers were getting the error
  • I changed it to +44 7782333123 and they were still getting the error
  • Changed it back to 123 and it’s working

Seems like something was broken and making the change back to 123 forced it to correct

Usually if 123 didn’t work, then changing to the +447782333123 fixes it.
