Please can someone call me to unblock my old phone which is on ID network

Hi @JoP,

The majority of our phones should already be unlocked, have you tried another SIM card inside the phone?

If it didn't work, what was the error/message shown?

I need my phone unblocked urgently 

I have been trying for days and can’t reach anyone

Can you clarify, when you say unblocked what do you mean by this?

You posted under the topic regarding unlocking.

So are you wanting to unlock your handset to any UK network?

Or unblocking? If so, can you please clarify?

Is the device blacklisted due to being reported lost and since found?

Or do you need a PUK code due to too many incorrect SIM pin entries?
