I was with ID mobile a few years ago , changed over to Three and have now got a PAC as I`m leaving Three and I`m trying to login / register using my email which I used with ID before and the original phone number too. However I get an error message stating this account wad cancelled more than 6 months ago…. can anyone please point me in the right direction …. cheers….

You can’t reuse your old email address. You have to setup a new account using a new email addresses.Â
Cheers WelshPaul….all sorted now , but why can`t they state this on a message when they say login failed ….many thanks again..
