I would like to ask the following. I have had an “unlimited” SIM only plan for a few years now. I pay £20 a month. I have seen on the ID mobile website that the unlimited SIM only plan is £18. Why am I charged £2 Pounds more?, what can I do so that I pay £18 (instead of £20)? Thank you.
