Can someone please assist in getting my old ID Mobile phone unlocked?

Hi @mark wells,

Which phone do you have that needs to be unlocked? The majority of phones that we sell are already unlocked; have you tried another network SIM card inside of it already too?

Hi Ryan,

 

This was purchased on contract from ID mobile.This agreement has come to an end and I have transferred this phone over to a different network. The new sim card is in showing the new network but no service so assume this old phone needs unlocking?

Hi Mark,

Okay thanks for that information, is this an iPhone or a different device? If it is an iPhone it would usually show a “SIM Not Supported” message when setting up the phone. Let us know that information and we’ll see if this is something that we can unlock.
