up my credit limit

hello, can i change my plan or up my credit limit please

Hello @chrisamartin,

You can log into the iD app/account and click My Account and change your plan from here (if available).

You can amend the cap, I believe this is under My Services.

The credit limit is capped at the point of purchase based on your credit score and this can’t be changed.
