updrade keeps getting cancled

I have been allowed to upgrade since November and I have tried to upgrade my sim many times but every time I place an order it’s getting cancelled due to “not passing their internal security checks”. I have checked my details on my account and they are all correct. How do I update my sim but keep the phone the same.

We are sorry to hear this. There are many reasons why you can fail internal security check when placing an order. For example, the bank card you are using for the upfront payment doesn't match your name and address. We would advise calling our iD sales team on 0800 049 0250.
