Upfront cost & monthly payments

i paid 327.99 upfront for my phone on a 2yr contract at 27.99 a month, totalling 999.75 (total effective cost for a new galaxy s22)

now, im having to pay 31.74 a month which means the total cost of the phone is now 1059.75 over the 2yrs (if there are no more price increases)

where do I, and we, stand, on this issue? i’m sure im not the only one?

I’d say have a look online at https://idmobile.co.uk/rpi @Kay Ell - the iD Mobile handset contracts have an annual price increase each April, as per the terms & conditions agreed at the point-of-sale.

When inflation was low, not too many people seemed worried about the RPI/CPI clause.
