upgarding from sim to phone

hi im having some issues upgrading from sim to phone contract online everytime i try to register it keeps saying account details wrong or personal details wrong ive contaced live chat twice no help anyone got any solotuions to this thanks

One of the ID Mobile staff might need to take a look at this in more detail.

It might be that your original registered name and or date of birth, address details is incorrectly recorded on the system.

An ID Staff member will be along shortly to pick this up.
