Two questions pls…

I am on a sim only monthly contract just now but want to buy a new phone:

 

Does my Sim only contract automatically stop (don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts), or do I have to do anything to cancel it?…

 

Is it automatic that you keep your current number or, again, do I have to do anything to activate this?

Hi @alex1763 

If you choose to upgrade to a monthly contract then you will keep the same number as your existing number. Once the upgrade deal has gone through, you will receive a new sim, you can choose to use the new sim or the existing sim you already using.

The bit I was anxious about was having 2 contracts running at the same time but been assured this will not happen,  sooooooo, order place and fingers crossed.

Easy Sharon, just put your old Sim in and it changes to your new contract.
