upgrade


I can upgrade from today, but it won’t let me have iPhone 14. It’s only showing the 12 and 14 plus. I can get to talk to anyone

Hi @Karen Linscer. @andewhite is correct here, contacting the sales team will be the best method in discussing your upgrade options. If your upgrade options are unnecessarily restricted in terms of the handsets available to you, then this will be something they’ll be able to explore.
