Contact them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.
My contact run out on 5 feb 24, when open my upgrade option
If it’s a 24-month handset contract, you can upgrade once you’re within the last 60-days of the contract minimum term
Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until the minimum term ends, before you can upgrade.
