I’m looking to try upgrade but everytime I try on the app it gets cancelled

Have you tried calling the iD telephone sales team, to discuss your upgrade options @Sam Bate

Contact them on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours.

 

My contact run out on 5 feb 24, when open my upgrade option

If it’s a 24-month handset contract, you can upgrade once you’re within the last 60-days of the contract minimum term @Guljar Ahmed.

Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until the minimum term ends, before you can upgrade.
